Instructions
For the Citrus Syrup: Place all the items in a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil, agitating so the sugar melts. After that, take off the heat and leave to cool entirely. Transfer to a clean bottle, close it keeping it in the fridge, it will last for about one month.
To make Premix: Pour all the liquids into a large bottle, let it rest for one hour, then filter it , ideally through a fine cloth, so it's fully clarified.
For serving: Pour 85ml from the batch mix into your cocktail shaker packed with ice, gently stirring gently for one minute to chill. Pour to a chilled martini glass or similar, garnish with some cranberries adding the final touch with a quick spritz with the mandarin essence over the top.
